ArconFM was formed in 2024 to support the growing demand for professional Integrated Facilities Management services in Qatar. As a specialised division of Almotahidoon Alarab for Construction, ArconFM benefits from the legacy, resources and support of the Arcon Group. ARCON was founded in 2001, with operational roots dating back to 1991 under its former name, Gulf Falcon Engineering.
ArconFM provides tailored FM solutions across commercial, residential, government, education, healthcare, hospitality and infrastructure environments — supporting clients with seamless operations, optimised asset performance and improved business efficiency. In 2026, ArconFM established a dedicated mobile MEP division to extend these capabilities directly to residential clients under the HomeCare+ service line.
